The colour is cool pale yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is hazy but not cloudy. The low head dissolves quickly into thin air. No lacing.
The smell is phenolic with spices, soap and bakers yeast. Fresh cut wood and some fruit candy. Lots of apple juice. It is quite insipid.
The taste got the same apple notes, some cloves, nutmeg and allspice. Sour-tart flavours in the background; growing notes of bakers yeast. Light body. The aftertaste got more apple juice, banana candy. Toffee and wood in the finish.
The carbonation is sharp, the mid-size bubbles short-lived. The liquid is a bit harsh.
