An incredibly satisfying double IPA that is a bit more malt forward than other examples of the style. Flavorful, smooth and dangerously drinkable, this beer features a massive dry hop of Mosaic and Azacca hops.
Fun Fact: This is considered the “malty” double in our portfolio. Originally named Mozacca (a combination of two hops used) brewer Dan Stampone later renamed it Mozaccalypse

Not feeling the love here. From can dated 11/2/18, maybe that’s the issue...2 months and unknown handling. Very jagged and not so smooth. Big pine burst and limited fruit.

Here’s a beer where the sum is greater than its parts. Drank a can packaged on 11/21 on 11/24, so very fresh. Slightly hazy in the glass and drinks smooth. Worth waiting in line for at their gorgeous brewery in New Hampshire. I’m predicting that’s these guys are on the VERGE of greatness. Cheers!

Tastes a lot like my favorite Florida beer, Jai Alai from Cigar City Brewery in Tampa.

16 oz can. "Kindergarten hop" 9/26/17 on bottom of can. Updated review notes * from 11/9/19. From a can dated 10/22/19
*A cloudy..not hazy, copper and golden color, plenty of life with a full-blown, thick, white sea foamy cap. Lacy after prolonged receding.
The nose features earthy citrus, aromatic pine sap, lemmon zest and earthy grains. Citrus/fruity hop bomb aroma mostly. *Maybe some caramel and graininess from the malt.
The flavor is all about the citrus and tropical , tangy fruit hop complexity. Big doses and multi layered flavor from the hop combo. A light, crisp, grainy but * toffee sweet malt balance holds it all down. * The hops really do go through many stages flavor wise. Sweet, tangy, citric with a fun dryness and leafy finishing that linger to almost peppery.
The mouthfeel and body is lively, crisp but practically full feeling going down with sharp, slick and yet juicy finish. Healthy. Unpasteurized and unfiltered feel for sure.
A nice hybrid DIPA, one part traditional, West coast style with a bit of New England influence.
