Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Long Ridge Wine and Spirits for about thirteen dollars. This is a finexpensive brew, but nothing extraordinary. Stoneface beers are good, but very expensive. Far better options for the price.

Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Hill Farmstead stemmed tulip.

a: Cloudy orange/gold with a two inch thick white head which receded to a pillow of surface foam and dense lacing.

s: Slight citrus.

t: Citrusy hop bite up front over a chewy medium biscuit malt base.

m: Medium plus, great body and some carbonation tingle.

o; outstanding IPA at the higher end of sessionable. Flavorful and substantial.

The ‘hop swap’ was better.

Stoneface - Full Clip
IPA - 6.5% abv
Canned 9/27/17 (25 days ago)

L - 3-finger bright white head sits atop a murky orange body. Head is slow to fade.

S - some citrus, pine, and a spiciness I can't put my finger on.

T - herbal, then spicy. Alcohol is very present.

F - medium-light body. Higher than average carb.

O - reminds me of the ipas I used to covet 2-3 years ago. Still a very decent brew by any measure...just not a juicy NE ipa.

Poured from a can 10.13.17, canning date 9.25.17. Super hazy pour light yellow colour. Really fragrant tropical fruit hops. Soft pillowy mouthfeel with light carbonation. Taste matches the nose mild bitterness super fruity hops. Stands up to the best from
Trillium and Tree House.

Another fine brew from Stoneface. I feel lucky to be able to frequent this brewery whenever I'm up in NH which is generally 2-3 times a year. The new tasting room is excellent and the beers are stellar. This one is a nice - easy to drink brew that still packs a lot of flavor.

Poured from a can into a pint glass.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a thin white head.

Smell: Light hops and citrus.

Mouthfeel/Taste: Smooth medium bodied. Taste of sweeter hops with a good balance of bitter pine.

Overall: Excellent IPA!! I would definitely buy this one again!

Pint glass as guest tap. Pours cloudy, dull yellow gold. One finger head settles to a film. Nice floral aroma, a little tanginess to it - mostly citrus and stone fruit notes. Taste follows the smell. Moderate bitterness over a muted caramel malt. Feel is oated smooth with a little seltzer.

A good take on the NEIPA but lacks the depth and complexity of thr better beers in that category. Maybe its the non-sweet citrus tang. Still a a great ipa though.

Bottle: This one pours an opaque golden color. A white head that left some lacing. Good nose: a juice bomb! Tropical and some citrus. The taste is very good. Juicy orange and some citrus hops. Nice!
