12 oz can with best before dating on the bottom...Aug 18,2019

Bland look to this one, lighter Amber, larger bubbles ringing and minimal cap, lacing etc

Corn like sniff

Fairly crisp and dry. Good for what it’s advertised as, decent quaffer on a hot day, yes by the pool would work.

A common kolsch. But on a hot day, I'd have another when poolside. So, we got 100% truth in advertising.
Little about this beer is either surprising or interesting. But, it does its job. Thanks.

Having not much to say about the beer, I went on their website and, I'm afraid, I do not have much to say about the brewer either. The founders story seems not only common to many young brewery's founders, but it seems it is common to one other Sarasota brewer I've had. Nonetheless, veterans following their passion to brew beer is a good transition to civilian life and I wish them well OA.

Golden hued with with plenty of vibrant carbonation bubbles and a moderate amount of sediment. There's a fingernail of dishwater white covering the vast majority of the top. The aroma is of earthy German hops and clean, crisp, light malt. I'm tasting light crackery and salty malt along with a hint of gentle, yet earthy German lawnmower hops. The mouth is light, crisp, and refreshing.

a rather pedestrian but highly drinkable kolsch, as evidenced by my first one being slammed with my brother behind a jeep in the publix parking lot as we waited for our gals to emerge from a grocery run. its that kind of beer, a warm weather bubbly crusher without a ton of character to it, easily the simplest and least impressive beer i have had from these guys, which is not at all a knock against it. the other five cans in the sixer were enjoyed in a more civilized manner, revealing a big headed golden brew with lots of carbonation and clarity. it smells and tastes a little dumbed down to me from a grain standpoint, like it doesnt quite have that crackery german essence to it that defines the style in the best examples of it, its just pils type, easy and crisp still, but without as much flavor as i prefer in one of these. same for the yeast, which dries this out nicely and makes it refreshing, but its missing that european character that good kolsch has in its yeast profile. i dont miss it much though, as this is nice and bubbly and easy down when its cold, and it warms up better than most, which happens fast in the florida sun. my dad thought this was, "right in his wheelhouse" which i suppose is about par for the course... i prefer the more robust jdubs brews to to this one...

Straight up down the middle kolsch here. Nicely done. Some aftertaste on the back but not as much as other brewer's attempts.

Would have no issues repeating the experience.

Pours slightly hazy, straw-orange. Has a one finger, white, soapy head that dissipates quickly.
Smells of lemon and very slight yeast and hop.
The yeast backing is slight, the lemon comes sliding in and goes down fairly uneventful with orange and slight hop showing up in the end.
A very light mouthfeel, and crisp and refreshing.
I am really getting into the Kolsches and Hellen lately, and this one was disappointing, however I could probably drink a few on a hot day.

I like kolsches and I appreciate efforts by American breweries to try them, even though the industry isn't there yet. This is in that vein as simply not a very good beer, but I'm glad we're trying. It is thin in both malt and hops, and almost acrid. It gets a little better as you move through it, but not a great beer.

Drank it straight from the can dated March 26.
Not a big fan of the style BUT this beer was very tasty.
I could see crushing a few next to the pool .
Slight lemon flavor and light malt finish .
Mouth feel is thin as expected .
Really nice representation of the Kolsch style.
