A single hopped pale ale with a powerhouse aroma that is reminiscent of sun bathed tropical fruit, this gentle goddess borrows her unnatural beauty from the effervescent green hero known as the El Dorado hop. With just a sprinkle of honey malt to help our hop hero truly shine in the sunlight, you’ll never think of beach pails the same way.

Very drinkable. I like El Dorado hops. This beer has a nice malt base and the hops support that. Fruity, not bitter. Dances on the taste buds.

Pours a murky copper with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of candied citrus zest, grapefruit juice, earthy hop, and dirty tropical fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, citrus juice, and candied citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but the single hop used comes across as a bit boring in this one.

Pours a dark copper orange with a light white head that fades very fast.
Smell is light orange tones and not much more.
Mouth feel is light carbonation with a nice body but, unfortunately, the flavor profile is bitter burnt toast and burned left over coffee. Finish is unfortunately very long and the stale coffee bitter tones just linger and linger.
