We are a small brewpub located in historic Manitou Springs, first opening our doors in March 2014. Sitting at the base of Pikes Peak, we are the closest brewery to its splendor. All of our beer is born from the pristine waters located near the top of the peak. We are proud to use organic, Colorado grown & malted barley in our beers.

Small street space with brewing equipment just inside the front window, drawing the eye. Down the alley is a fair sized patio with a half dozen tables. Inside is a rustic space with a long wooden bar and a various collection of table sizes and heights, accommodating couples on a date to large families. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Beer selection spans a wide gamut of styles, with descriptors of each. A solid stop in downtown Manitou.

Stopped by for a few yesterday.
Nice patio that's where I enjoyed my beers, modern bar on the inside
House beers we pretty good, the Raspberry Weisse was the best
Attentive service, liked talking beer
Only 4 house beers, pretty decent guess taps though. Food looked & smelled really good, but, alas I had already had lunch

manitou is such a cool little town. when it isnt overrun by tourists, there is a lot to appreciate. from its quaint downtown to its rustic streets and mountain vibe. this little brewery fits right into all of that really nicely. just pushed a little back behind the main drag, a really cool building seemingly built into the hillside there. trees all around, cobble stone, an earthen feel and a long narrow taproom with a kitchen and brewhouse packed into the back. beautful cozy mountain feel in here, cruisey, i love it. they only had four or five house beers, but an esoteric list of guest beers. they had a kettle sour i liked a lot, and a single hop pale ale that was drinkable, but i wasnt over the moon on their stuff. maybe i just didnt pick the right beers, but they were all B level to me. the service was weirdly inattentive for how not busy they were, but when we did get their attention, they were all very warm and informed people. loved the vibe more than anything, and would like to pop in to eat and hang out a little more sometime. beer all had potential too. ill be back, if just for the atmosphere.

Stumbled across it while on vacation. Nice selection of their beer and some "guest" beers. The food was the real surprise. Very good. Fun place!

Atmosphere - the place was designed well and right off the strip in Manitou in a tucked away building was quite nice. They also have a nice sized patio.
Quality - the beer I had was good, but nothing special
Service - The waitress seemed a bit busy at times, but I would go back
Selection - I will give it an okay as they have quite a few options, but only a handful of their own beers... If you are a brewery I would like to see more of your own stuff.
Food - might give it a higher rating than it deserves as we just finished the incline...
Overall - fun place, awesome decor, near the incline. I hope they start producing more of their own beer.

My wife and I visited the pub with two friends this evening and had a wonderful time.
The setting is small yet intimate and has a great vibe.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really took notice when one waitress came up to us shortly after we arrived and asked if we wanted outside seating since she noticed us looking when we came in. This was perfect because we had two other people hooking up with us shortly afterwards and now we had a nice, partially shaded table in the afternoon/early evening.
For a small, recently opened place, the house beers (the brown and the IPA) were darn good. They didn't have any dark beers (apparently a Belgian strong dark is one of the core beers) nor any porters or stouts (their own or guest beers), but still had a decent, respectable selection of house (a red ale, American common, IPA, brown ale, and a wheat) and guest beers (I had a decent tap pour of Stone's 'Enjoy By 07.04.2014 - there were other noteworthy ones as well) all the same. And you have to love the dogs that are allowed (at least in the outdoor seating area). Seems very family oriented, too.
The food was standard pub fair offerings. Nothing exceptional, but a good value and tasty enough.
This will be a place that should last for a while. They've got the customer service, a good beer selection, and a decent menu. Throw in the location and atmosphere, and you can't help but like this place.
Well worth checking out...
