L - pours a dark crimson copper. The most striking thing is the color of the head. Cinnamon-hued with a nice toasted look.
S - rich caramel character with strong mango presence. Raspberries and just loads of mixed berries in general. Such is the Foundation tradition.
T - potently hoppy with a fresh grassiness, surrounded by a thick, syrupy caramel breadiness. Ripe berries abound followed by a soft florality. Finishes very piney and resiny. You can feel it all over the teeth and in your gums. Bubblegum to round everything out.
F - smooth and silky. Lots of cream here, not something I usually expect from the typically more bitter Red IPA style. Kinda fights the bitterness and hoppiness, but I can dig it.
O - a well done RIPA, which is unfortunately a kinda sucky style, but the addition of berries blend beautifully with the caramel for a sweet, but not too sweet treat. The hops are quick to the draw to add balance.

Pours a medium to slightly smaller off-white fizzy head with medium persistence, not much lacing, medium orange-reddish-amber color
Nose brings really interesting hops, some berry up front, then interesting generic tropical, grapefruit, some citrus as well, then settles to mild toasty malt, almost caramel like, clean fermentation, lots of passion fruit as it warms
Taste a bit of sweet malt, toasty and a little caramel, then hops take over, a bit spicy up front with big fruits, grapefruit, citrus, a little generic tropical again, and even some pineapple, very American new-world hops, clean fermentation again, good balance favoring hops, with fair bitterness, finishing with a touch of alcohol and very spicy hop and almost astringent character. Also passion fruit as it warms.
Mouth is medium bodied, plenty of fizzy carb, not really creamy but a bit smooth texture, with a little hop derived spicy astringency
Overall not bad for the style, not something I would buy often as it's not really my style of beer, but it's mostly within style guidelines. I feel the hop astringency is a little high, and the caramel sweet malts are a little low, but drinkable and enjoyable for what it is.

The appearance was a light hazy, rich amber color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Moderate speckled lacing. The aroma had a ton of sweet fruity orange, strawberries, red grapefruit and a balancing caramel character from the malt. Some white pepper with an ample amount of breadiness. Ample earthiness. The flavor leans semi-sweet with the malts with some bubblegum malts roaming in. Some cherries and caramel malts assist in the maltiness. Subtle dry malty aftertaste with a smooth crisp fruity finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionabiltiy about it. Overall, good saison for the most part.
