Pours a dark hazy orange with a one finger head. Smells of sweet malts, some fruit hop aroma. Taste is crisp, bready malts stand out, with plenty of bitterness from the hops. Balanced. Dry hop finish that stays for a while after a sip. Overall, a really nice simple IPA that doesn't lean too far in any direction. Enjoyable to drink.

Hazy gold color. Minimal head, but some decent lace.

Citrus and pine aroma, mainly citrus.

Grapefruit taste, pine in the background.

Pretty hoppy, very drinkable.

Had on tap. Pours clear, copper in color with minimal head. Taste is big peach and pine with a touch of biscuit. Medium body and carbonation and slightly sweet. Made for a really tasty IPA that I will need to pick up again.

nice hazy look, citrus smell, a well constructed taste of several things going on, all enjoyable, mouth feel is intensly citrusy and not a lot of aftertaste. I'm not a big fan of lots of aftertaste. I would, and have, bought this again. Congrats on one of your better beers at one of my favorite breweries, Yea foundation.

L- Poured from can marked 1/9/17 into a waisted glass. Orange/amber color with a slight haze, effervescent, half-inch thick foam head.
S- Very subtle aroma of mango or tropical fruit. Did I mention subtle? Note that I do *not* pick up on the "dank" smell that others have mentioned.
T- Nice forward flavor of malt and citrus as it hits the tongue. Nothing overpowering, making for a well-balanced interplay between the hops and malt. The complex mix of 6 finishing hops comes through much more once the beer warms up a bit and I find it less enjoyable near the end of drinking it
F- Bubbles make the tongue tingle and when that wears off you are left with a moderate, fruity bitterness. Excellent mouth feel
O- Overall this is a very pleasant, solid American IPA, though I’m left wanting for a more teasing of aroma. Even after a minute or two between sips the lingering flavor is a treat. I have my pick of “local” Portland (ME) area beers at the market where I picked this up and I would certainly reach for this again. Of course price is an obstacle but I have no regrets over having chosen it.
