Enjoyed a 12 oz serving while visiting the brewpub on 7-31-23 for $7.00.
Beer was served golden with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose was very nice, very tropical and citrus fruit forward.
Taste follows the nose with a lighter pale malt base that let the orange, mango, and grapefruit shine thru. Finished with a nice rind bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a very flavorful brew, glad i took the bartender's advice on her favorite!

16 oz. can.
Canned 10/10/19.
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a cloudy, light golden body with sticky lacing. Very nice head that always comes back with a swirl or two. Nose of sweet citrus, candied citrus, and tropical fruit. Taste mirrors nose very nicely with a smooth experience throughout and finishing with a sweet citrus pith and not much bitterness at all. Probably too sweet for some people, but a welcome respite from the hazy, bitter, juice bombs of today. Very nice, soft feel and overall, the best "soft" feeling IPA I've ever had and overall, looks like I may need to make a trip over to Winooski, VT soon.
Cheers to them for this!!!!

From the 16 oz. can with a canning date of 13 Aug 2019. Sampled on September 20, 2019.
It pours a cloudy looking orange-yellow tone with a modest white head that laces as it fades to a ring. It never disappears totally.
The aroma is a grapefruit and tropical fruit delight with some exotic complimentary esters like mango. White bread below it all.
Medium, smooth body.
The flavor is at once a grapefruit spritzer, for lack of a better description, and sweet. It ends moderately bitter and clean. Everything you expect in a Vermont DIPA.

Canned ~2/20/19
Pours a heavily clouded dark golden orange topped with a substantial, thick white head; excellent retention, with a frothy collar and dense, soapy webbings of lacing clinging to the glass.
Aromas of fresh orange, earthy hop spice, pineapple, and grapefruit strike the nose first, and eventually take on a subtly sweaty, dank, but overarchingly citrusy tone; hints of creamy tropical fruits develop over time.
Taste brings orange peel and a bit more pineapple than the aroma at the forefront; sweet pear, passionfruit, and hop spice continue to build along the palate; papaya and clean fruit rinds appear more on the finish, and allow for a more herbal/raw, but still genuinely tropical feel.
Mouthfeel is medium-bodied topped with an above-average carbonation; creamy throughout, with a very dense hop prickle beneath seeing just a hint of juiciness poking through on occasion; smooth transition to dryness, mixed with a light hop spice, comes on the finish.
At slightly over 2 months old, this is may be a few weeks to a month past its prime; even so, I’m finding it has quite a bit more tropical depth and a generally more refined roundedness than when I last sampled it at the 3-week mark. Where it stands now, this is a very good, albeit pretty mellow, NEDIPA that I’m thinking might have even more to offer when consumed at the right time.
