Poured a straw yellow with an inch or so of white head that dissipated pretty quick.
Smells of lemon primarily, definitely smells tart.
Taste follows, lemon, tart (not sour), salt and coriander, wheat.
Light to medium bodied. Good carb level.
Overall a great gose! My first non IPA from Transient and it was tasty!

500ml bottle. Served in a willi becher glass.
Pours a hazy, golen yellow with a light copper-orange hue, one finger thick white head, very good retention, plenty of lacing. Smells of crisp wheat, lemon, light mineral funk, light lactic acidity. A bit fruity, even. Flavour is light cereal, wheat, bright lemon citrus acidity, very light sulfuric minerality, light lactate. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, appropriate, nice carbonation and refreshing lemon acidity to it. Great refreshing crispness. Overall nice, rustic-esque gose, a bit more restrained than Westbrook's, yet a nice complexity to it.

A bit of a gusher but once in the glass, a very solid brew. Salinity and coriander both strongly present - too often skimped on in favor of acidity - with a moderate tartness. Grain bill is very present in the finish in a balanced fashion. Really solid example of the style that feels true to roots and rustic.
