500 ml bottle into a tulip glass. Had 2/21/17.
Pours a very cloudy apricot, with a big, foamy head- actually kind of a gusher at first, and a decent amount of foamy lacing. The smell is brett, tart, light cherries, tropical citrus- mango, pineapple, lighter orange and grapefruit, light pine, yeast, light malt. A floral aroma, not strong. The taste is a little more tropical hop forward- pineapple and mango, some grapefruit and orange, malt, yeast, less brett than the nose, very light pine, some hop bitterness throughout. Lightly floral in the flavor, as well. Smooth, refreshing, fairly dry, a good lighter to medium body, a higher level of carbonation that bordered on fizzy.
Very enjoyable, great aroma, flavors are well blended, but not as intense as the aroma. Worth a purchase at a bit of a high price point.

Really nicely developed brett character. Lots of lemon/lime spritz and hay from the yeast profile. The base beer doesn't add much by way of flavor. The carb level is very high. This lacks any sort of backing hop profile.

Purchased from the source in Bridgman, Michigan. Drank out of a Transient Artisan Ales tulip glass. Yay proper glassware!
Look: Poured with a five finger's worth of slow dissipating bone white foam (definitely a gusher), light copper color, lots of disjointed lacing, cloudy, quick down-up carbonation.
Smell: Pineapple upside-down cake, light tropical fruit and citrus, a touch of funk and barnyard, sweet biscuit malt.
Taste: Unlike the Hop Drink, which I did not like, this beer was balanced very well between pale ale and farm aspects. Fruity hops, ripe pineapple and papaya, a small bit of funk, a surprisingly assertive malt profile on the back end.
Feel: Medium bodied, active carbonation (maybe a hair too much) that plays on the tongue, very refreshing, light tongue coating.
