Poured into a snifter. Typical appearance with a very hazy bright yellow hue and a medium sized and persistent white head. Aroma was moderate intensity with oranges and pineapples. Taste followed. Slightly sweet with tangerine, orange, pineapple, and faint resin. Malt backbone was white bread. Slightly hot on the finish reflecting the double-digits ABV but it had a nice feel for its size. Outstanding.

Excellent head production, retention, and lacing. Body is opaque, except for the very thinnest portions of the glass, where it's quite hazy and nearly opaque, but I wouldn't call the appearance "pulpy." For the style, this is a fantastic looking beer.

Bright and hoppy nose, at first a little indistinct, but with patience revealing notes of grapefruit, lemon, mango, melon, orange, pineapple, and fresh herbs. Minor dankness, and some honey and white dough from the heavy malt base, but it's tough to pick up much else through the dry hopping.

Tastes even better than the nose (which is pretty good), as the heavy malt base provides a smooth, fairly sweet, creamy base for the hops. It makes them not just bright, but legitimately juicy. Flavor tones match the nose, with an emphasis on tropical, and a hint of citrus to balance it all out. Mildly dank.

Despite the high ABV, it comes across smooth and creamy instead of syrupy.

Pours a medium yellow with a one inch white head that left blotchy lacing. Smells of citrus and tropical fruits. Tastes of orange, orange peel, lemon, mango and peach. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, minimal bitterness, creamy mouth feel.

The first thing I thought as I poured this was, “This looks like pineapple-orange juice” which my Mom started to get for the family after I went off to college in 1981. And that’s what this beer is, a tropical juice bomb, with an exotic twist

The nose is dominated by orange, pineapple, mango, and papaya aromas (those last two would be the “exotic”), and there’s almost a coconut note as well. Is that you, Sabro?

The taste is an amalgamation of the aromas, and there is definitely a coconut flavor, at least to my palate. The mouthfeel is per the hazy style, soft and pillowy. What I waited for (because of the 10% ABV) and didn’t notice until the beer sat for a bit was a boozy note, which came as a warming in the chest long after finishing a pull.

If you enjoy an exotic juice bomb, this offering from my favorite brewery checks a lot of boxes.

Very cloudy almost hazy yellow body. Has a thin white ring with plenty of lacing. Orange, lemon, pineapple, hop resin, mango and papaya. Taste is much more hoppy, with banana and papaya element to the grassy and herbal array before all of the juicy citrus, pithy rinds, and slight piney resin kicks in for the finish. Simultaneously sneaky juicy and sneaky hoppy, with neither able to establish dominance, sip and enjoy the battle. Decently dry for a triple, with great hop textures and general brightness, very clean
