12oz can pours a golden yellow color with a small, fizzy head of white-colored foam that disappears fairly quickly. Smells of light malts with a very light notes of lemon and spice. Light malt flavor with a very notable ginger flavor accompanied by more subtle notes of lemon, grass, honey, and coriander. Medium body with a moderate amount of fizzy carbonation feel and a small bitterness. Lemony and grassy aftertaste.
This was a very unique and well put together beer. Refreshing with a very pleasant flavor combination. Would consider buying again.

12oz can dated 03/29/22 poured into a pint glass shows a pale yellow body with bubbles actively rising to a 1/4 head of soapy, white foam that soon falls to a large island and edge-hugging ring leaving random spotted lacing.
Lemony citrus and coriander aromas rise with the bubbles joined by ginger in taste. Underlying backbone of an almost spicy yeast and cracker crust.
Medium, leaning light, feel ends dry and clean.
Overall an easy drinking, well done, wheat beer.

On a recent trip to MO, I decided to try some local beers. Found this one in the gas station near my hotel. So yummy. Great spice. Beautiful color and taste. Brought 3 cans back in my check luggage.

12oz can. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a white head. Aroma of ginger, bit of citrus, malt and spice. Taste of ginger, with lemon, mint, light malt sweetness and spice. Mild bitterness and fairly clean finish. Moderate body, crisp and quite smooth, with bit of and herbal flair to it.

From a twelve ounce can, this is a clear, golden brew with a negligible head. The aroma has a hint of ginger spice with some underlying malt. Similarly, the taste has plenty of ginger...fresh and intense. It's a little distracting, and hides a lot of beer flavor. Medium in body. Spice is notable in the finish.
