16oz can. No dating information found. Label has ABV% at 5.0%.
Cloudy unfiltered pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head settle back to a full cap and high ring. Leaves behind thick rings of lacing.
Aroma is biscuit and floral hops.
Taste is toasted malts and floral/fruity hops. Quite hop-centric. Candy sweet. Malty aftertaste with no bitterness.
Medium mouth feel, with a thicker texture. Clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Sweet lager than sits over the solid malt base.

12oz can pours a golden yellow color with a decent sized cap of off-white head that fades away to nothing slowly. Smells of light, bready malts and a faint hop note. Tastes of bready malts with a slight caramel note as well as a floral and spicy noble hop flavor. Fairly sharp and potent bitterness at the close that fades into a rather unpleasant bitter-sour-sweet aftertaste that is accented by the hop flavor. Medium body and a mild amount of carbonation mouthfeel.

This was ok. The malt flavors are fun but the overzealous hopping ruins the experience.

Very slightly hazy clear golden color with a decent foamy white head and moderate lacing.
The aroma is biscuits and light sweet malt with a bit of floral hops.
The taste is also light sweet malt, biscuits, crackers and a grassy, floral hops finish.
The body is light, nice and smooth.
Altogether a really nice lager.

I won a can of this beer from my fantasy football league from OPD. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp saaz hop like finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Pours clear dark yellow with one finger of white foam. Aroma is crackery, pilsner, biscuity malts and light straw. Flavor profile is crackery, biscuity malts and very light spicy hops. Mouth feel is soft with a medium thickness. Overall, very light, especially driven by the soft texture.

12oz can. 1/25/19 best by date. Appearance: Cloudy, golden brown, with low lying white head and minimal lacing.
Aroma: Light floral and spicy noble hop notes, over some toasted malt.
Taste: Start with a moderate toasted cracker and light caramel malt sweetness. No real hop flavor shows up, and ends with a moderate perceived bitterness. Very malt forward.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a light carbonation.
Finish: Leaves a slightly fruity, apple like sweetness. Maltiness carries through the finish, with only a slight hop resin stickiness
Overall: Malt forward lager with some muddied flavor and lack of that typical lager crispness. Noble hop aroma suggests more to come similar to a German Pils, but never fulfills that promise. Drinks like a slightly more bitter American Premium Lager. Appearance and flavor suggests a touch of oxidation, and lacks a crisp carbonation

Experienced on tap at Maggie's Bar & Grill in Boonville, MO.

Golden body; frothy, sticky head. Cracker and bread crust scent. The taste is light malt with a grassy hop presence. Medium-light in body; crisp with a slightly dry finish.

A very nice regional lager from Missouri.

new to cans, at least in my experience, a different type of lager here, old world, sort of english and german at the same time, maltier than many, with a ton of grain character to it, but also an appreciable yeast flavor throughout it, still crushable when its cold too, low alcohol, and refreshing enough in the right context. its got some of that crystal malt richness to it, a little bit of color and a lot of baked or long boiled maltiness, but its never really sweet in the taste, the lager yeast does a nice job quelling that, and its bubbly and even crisp when i drink it, so we get the flavor and depth of a more traditional vienna lager, but with the drinkability of something much lighter, the best of both worlds really. i get an english malt thing to this, maybe maris otter or something not always found in a vienna lager, but i could be crazy. all the carbonation really helps, this is modern enough to probably sell well for them, but lots of old world flare too. i always enjoy logboat beers, glad to have been able to enjoy a can of this one!
