On tap. Pours a golden color with a small head. Aroma fruit and hint of yeast. taste of dark fruit, hint of caramel and oak. Nominal bitterness and slightly sweet finish. Medium body, smooth with a slight boozy feel as it warms. Interesting.

Copper colored with a light haziness. There's a fingernail of bright white. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of merlot and a gentle amount of brettanomyces. I taste well blended flavors of merlot and brettanomyces, which pairs very well together. The mouth is very dry, crisp, and moderately carbonated.

Pours clear gold with plenty of bubbles but not much head. What head there is whitish and fizzes of quickly. No lacing.
Aroma is tart cherry to start. Belgian yeast, wine barrel, and terroir. Earthy.
Tart cherry and caramel malt on first sip. Straw, oak, and earth. Red wine notes. Mild citrus.
Moderate body with a crisp carbonation. Very dry with mild tartness. Wine barrel is what I get on the aftertaste.
Really nicely done beer. Good fruit and barrel mix without drowning out the base beer.

Now that I've had it 3 times, I feel like I can review it. Golden color with a small fizzy head of foam. It smells of tart cherries with a touch of yeast. There are oak flavors with cherry and sweet caramel notes from the grain. It really is a unique taste experience.
