The beer is somewhat unclear walking in a beautiful amber color. The foam is white with small to medium bubbles in a good foam. The foam disappears leisurely quickly and leave fine traces. Here you are met by aromas of tropical fruits and hops. Light citrus, passion fruit, peach. Something sweet in the background, syrup and some herbs and a little hay. The flavors of the hops marked bitter encounter directly. Tropical fruits, Persian, passion fruit, some citrus little malt in the background. But the warming fruits. A little sweet, a little sweet at the end and some saltiness. A little more hops and bitterness than I was expecting, feels a bit more like a stronger IPA. Light Medium body, high bitterness. Occasionally with carbon dioxide that comes with all the way. A little small sweet and a bit dry towards the end.

The colour is amber (14 EBC), the liquid is almost clear. Some floaties. Low off-white head, very little lacing.

The smell is phenolic with notes of plastic, wax and spices. Some bitter hops and caramel malts.

The taste: Caramel and brown malty flavours, clean bitter hops, some yeasty-phenolic flavours. Vegetables and warming alcohol. Medium to light body. The aftertaste got some high alcohols and vegetables/cabbage and a light earthy bitterness. The finish is quite sweet.

The liquid is light, the few mid-sized bubbles fresh.

I guess something unwanted has done something with the beer after the bottling.
