The colour is amber (20 EBC), the liquid is hazy. The finger thick head is white and compact, it sinks very slowly leaving lots of lacing on the glass.
The smell is sweet and hoppy. Some minerals, exotic fruits, wood and cookies.
The taste is dry and bitter. Fruit toffee and crispy hops. Minerals and dry exotic fruits. Medium body. The aftertaste got some warming alcohol, sour exotic fruits and green bananas. Cookies and unripe fruits in the finish.
The carbonation is medium to strong; the many bubbles are small and fresh. The liquid is mid-smooth.
A very dry and hopcentric IPA with a little too much unripe flavours. Still not too bad.
