Pours a nice clear pale corn oil yellow with a very nice thick and creamy white head.
Aroma very German PIls ..trad style. Grassy and floral.
Taste similar but there is a bit of corn taste at the end.
Nice crisp mouth feel..nicely carbonated..semi dry finish.
Nice pils..but still that corn...

Light golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of crackery malt and floral hops.

Dry, crisp, crackery malt flavor with an absence of sweetness. Hops play an equal role with a firm bitterness that is held in check while the malt continues to dance around. I'd say malt and hops are about 50/50 here in the flavor department and come across as evenly matched. Think Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers if you're old enough to catch the reference.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

There's a lot to like about this one. Bright, lively, almost playful, yet it's still a solid reference to the Pilsner style.

This is the 2018 version. Served in Willi Bechel pint glass. Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had OK retention and good lacing.

The aroma had a light grain aroma, and the slight hop skunkiness that sometimes shows up in the style.

The flavor profile was pretty similar, grassy grains, floral hops.

The body was light, clean, and had a bit of a sweet finish.

Drinkability was pretty good, the beer went down smooth and easy. Overall, a solid example of the style, worth trying if you see it.

The body was light and

Served On-Tap

A — Pours a light and pale yellow color. There is a great bit of clarity here too. There is some thin lacing left behind by a white colored head, but not much.

S — Smells of pilsner malts and yeast, definite lager yeast presence, little bit of cereal grains as well.

T — Tastes of light malts and grains, light yeast presence as well.

M — Very light, crisp, and drinkable, quite nice.

O — Nice enough overall, very refreshing and easy drinking.
