Peppery, Herbal, Spicy, Bitter
A solid IPA base with both jalapeños and cilantro added. While our palates are not getting hit by any real heat, there is a spicy, peppery character detectable throughout. The hops and cilantro meld well, creating more of a earthy, woody, mineral-like flavor. Pith, yeast and bread crust turn up in the middle. Finishes semi-dry with a long peppery linger. All in all it works well, and leaving the heat behind keeps it quite drinkable.

Pours deep amber with a nice creamy white head that has great retention, leaving a good amount of foamy sticky lacing. The aroma is hoppy, but not much is distinct about it nor is very strong. The taste is about the same. The body isn't thick or watery but is mostly smooth. This is no way a bad beer but it isn't quite a double and definitely doesn't punish.

Another extra received via BA trade. Thanks to @oline73 for awesome beer!
Pours a copper orange color with a decent head.
Smell is pretty tropical.
Taste is bit more on the malty side. Was expecting a sweeter taste.
Got a bit more thick as it warmed and starts tasting stronger. Holds up well when drank cold and fresh though.
Overall I was a little surprised how decent this was for never hearing about this beer before. Underrated for sure!

Surprised by what I think are low grades for this outstanding IPA. This is really a top shelf beer, I found it to be exceptionally good when served on tap at several local restaurants in the Annapolis area, and then was pleasantly surprised when I found it at my local liquor store. It only comes in cans and is cloudier when poured from the keg, great love it! Still in all an excellent IPA and looking forward to getting it again at the local tavern as well as buying it in a six pack. Don’t let some very ill advised low scores put you off; this is a very good IPA, WTG Jailbreak!

This has become my go-to local Maryland beer as the price point, taste, and fresh availability makes it hard to pass up.
This DIPA hides the abv well and is extremely well balanced. I would prefer some more hop aroma on the nose, but overall a great DIPA.
