From a fresh 64 oz. growler into a Hitchhiker pint glass.

A: Beautifully hazy and unfiltered. Moderately yellow with some orange in there too. Nice lacing. A pleasure to look at.

S: Juicy without being cloying. Trident orange tropical gum. Grapefruit and orange rind. Pineapple. Citrus rind all over the place.

T: Super bright and fresh and tropical. What's great here is the welcomed bitterness without the DIPA sweetness that can come with a higher ABV. Lemongrass, mango, pineapple, Trident orange gum, orange rind, grapefruit. Balanced and nuanced and impressive.

M: Moderately carbonated. Fitting and complimentary to all the flavors.

O: Extremely impressive. Hitchhiker is getting exponentially better. This is a potential game-changing brew for the style from a local Pittsburgh brewery. If I could get this all the time it would easily be a go-to. Bravo.

Got this bad boy as an unexpected little gem in a trade with BA legend kevbot89, poured from a 32oz crowler dated 8/6 into a tulip glass

A: great looking beer, deep orange/gold color, hazy but not extreme to the point of treehouse or tired hands milkshakes etc

S: tropical juice all the way but with some of that old school pine note lingering in there somewhere too

T: excellent, I would drink this all day long, reminds me of a cross between some of the more new school east coast ipa's with the tropical fruit and peach and some of the old school greats like founders centennial or SNPA or something along those lines with that pine bitterness playing 2nd or 3rd fiddle in the back

M: overall good mouthfeel but could use just a little tick more carb, but I think that could be attributed to it being an 18 day old crowler

O: fantastic beer, would drink this all the time if it was local to me, love that it's a classic ipa abv at 6.6% so you can drink a couple too. Can't wait until the next crowler!

Murky and "turbid" as the buzzwords go, pale yellow with little head. Lacks aroma, perhaps some (very) faint stone fruit and grass, but very limp. Taste was not much better, just a very washed out and flaccid beer, a teeny bit of generic citrus, bland malt, not much to speak of. Thin and watery

A really good IPA. You can get the citrus from the smell and the taste. Nice strong hop profile. A hazy yellow color, it pours with a good head that lasts.

Super juicy IPA from Hitchhiker Brewing Company! Citrus, passions fruit and right up from in this hazy orange elixir! Piney in the back end but nonetheless delicious!
