The colour is gold (8 EBC), the liquid is a bit hazy. The finger thick head quickly sinks to a thick white lid leaving some lacing.
The smell is sweet with some vegetable notes, tart wheat-notes and some grassy herbs. Orange juice and some rosehip.
The taste is light and bitter. Orange juice, sour herbs, some bitterness, lime coordinal and hints of unripe fruits. Light body. The aftertaste is somewhat harsh and dry with earthy-yeasty hints. Some dough and spicy herbs in the finish.
The carbonation is smooth with lots of mid-sized short-lived bubbles. The liquid is smooth.
A light and refreshing fruity summer-brew... For once, I had wished for some more hops.
