Notes: Our signature DIPA made with house ale yeast, no perceived bitterness and a silky smooth mouthfeel. Notes of peach gummy rings, freshly cut pineapples and exotic island fruit from a massive dry hopping of Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado.

L - 1.5 finger super-dense bright white head atop an opaque orange-juice body. Near perfect for the style.

S - orange slices, orange candy, grapefruit rind, tangerine, herb. This one is all citrus, and you can smell it from a mile away.

T - follows the nose. Orange and grapefruit juice, but without the sweetness. A little earth in the middle, otherwise smooth. Moderate-low bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.

F - medium-full creamy body with appropriate carb.

O - this one’s a real treat. No hint of booze at 8% abv, and a showcase for citrus hops.

Appearance: Pours with a thick three fingers capping the cloudy orange liquid; excellent retention and lacing action

Smell: Bright and juicy, with orange juice tones being supported by pineapple, mango, passion fruit and nectarine aromatics

Taste: Orange juice forward, with pineapple, mango and nectarine flavors adding complexity; passion fruit bitterness builds, through the middle, but the finish is dry and nods toward the juicy side

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy

Overall: The dry finish really makes this beer exceptional; easily in the top echelon of NE IPAs I have tasted

My boy comes through via care package again
Dated 1/29/20. Served in a pint glass.

Look- Seriously cloudy golden orange juice color, bits sediment dancing in there. A massive creamy colored head that recedes very slowly to a thick rocky cap of foam, tons of sticky lacing. moderate carbonation streams visible.

Smell- Stone fruit (peach/nectarine, apricot, a bit of berries), citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon/lime), tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, guava and passionfruit), dank melon, light green onion and pepper, some grainy malt, pine and grassy/floral notes.

Taste- If this wasn't a DIP I would crush it all day..

Feel- Medium/thick bodied with a nice, creamy soft, lightly sweet finish. Medium/light carbonation on the tongue.

O- The left coast is missing out if this is a random drop on the east side.

Yellow-orange cider body with considerable haze and an abundance of carbonation. Big bright white head of tight bubbles that provides nice latte lacing. Very juicy looking.

Juicy and grassy persona on the nose, with a wonderful dank ness and heavy dose of stone fruit, mango, and dark berries. A little green onion and herbaceous greens. Quite lovely.

Taste can’t quite keep up but is really good. Very grassy and juicy, with orange, mango, peach, and white grape featured. A little pine resin and a lot of dankness. Just a touch of green astringency but balanced well with a lovely level of fruity sweetness.

Soft, silky, and smooth, with a medium body and lovely carbonation.

Really liking this. Big and tasty but quite fine-tuned and cohesive.

Canned on 3/17/21; consumed on 4/2/21

Pours a turbid, milky pale golden body topped with multiple fingers of fluffy, pillowy white foam; good head retention leaves a rocky half-finger of cap and a large, expansive collar trickling upward to a healthy spatter of webby/soapy lacing clinging firmly to the walls of the glass.

Aroma highlights the subtle contrasts of earthy pineapple, mango slices, and musty passionfruit upfront, peaking into a mossy and vinous white grape tone with a fresh whiff of ripe Sauvignon Blanc over the middle; dried orange peel and tinges of apricot bring some mineralic citrus to the back end as earthy spice closes the bouquet.

Taste opens with dank strawberry and bright pineapple, setting a level tone for an evolving tropical saturation in the form of mango skins and apricot gummies; musty white grape and fresh-cut grass clear the mid-palate toward underripe papaya and guava on the back end, both exhaustively juicy despite an encroaching herbaceousness lingering in the backdrop.

Mouthfeel delivers a taut, medium body, a pillowy yeast profile sitting effortlessly on the palate while steadily revealing layers of grassy bitterness; a silky carbonation carries a plush grit grazing the entirety of the palate, maintaining a subtle resinous texture as a juiciness builds into the finish.

A stunningly soft baseline breeds a low-lying gritty hop expression unphased by the boggy overlay of a freshly-plucked tropical medley; fruit characteristics engage earthy resins to a near-complete symbiosis, nodding toward a vinous nature now a bit brighter and balanced in hop saturation.

Pours a milky yellow-orange with a very well retained two inch white head that left excellent lacing all the way down the glass. Smells of mostly oranges with a bit of tropical fruit. Tastes of tangerine, orange, mango, nectarine, a bit of grapefruit and the very slightest bit of earthiness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, mild bitterness, creamy mouth feel for a DIPA. Goes down real easy.

Citrus flavors with some powdered sugar sweetness; orange and grapefruit pith and rind; strong bitterness; biscuit. Heavy body; somewhat smooth; velvety; powdery; dry acidic notes.

This beer delivers some fine juicy and milkshake IPA notes to the palate. Canned 01/29/20 SHINE BRIGHT...

Can stamped 12/20/17

Solid murky pale orange haze with a thick creamy head that leaves sheets of lacing behind. Thick fresh tropical fruit hop juice aromas...mango, melon, grapefruit, peach, and oily green resins. Creamy, zesty citrus and bright tropical fruit flavors. Pineapple, mango, passion fruit, nectarine, and orange juice. Silky smooth, not too sticky sweet, frothing up into a quick dry finish. Drink extremely easy, yet still seems like something to savor. Delicious!
