Appearance: Hazy yellow, one and a half finger head with great lacing.
Aroma: Orange/grapefruit juice with a tart sting.
Flavor: Sour citrus peel. Like a super tasty mix of citrus zest on sauerkraut.
Mouthfeel: Effervescent carbonation with a refreshing tart finish.
Overall: An awesome improvement on an awesome beer. Its impressive how much citrus the galaxy adds.

Creature Comforts takes their Base Berliner Weisse and dry hops it with Galaxy. The results are the tart Berliner you'd expect with a citrusy tone of hops mixed in. The overall taste is a unique cross of the Berliner and an IPA.
