A - A vigorous pour filled my tulip glass up to the very top with a quickly fading head. The active carbonation maintained a thin film on top of the beer, which I find to be very nice. Not much lacing to speak of. The color is fantastic. It's a bright gold, but depending on the light I see yellow or copper colored highlights. This beer is very clear and particularly nice in mellow sunlight.

S - Spiciness with a bit of clove.

T - Banana and spice up front. A touch of sweetness here, a dab of bitterness there as the beer progresses through the finish. The alcohol is present, but less so than the 9.5% would suggest.

M - Wonderful bubbly carbonation that feels almost pillowy in the mouth, but the finish leaves a bit of a sticky feeling. I wish it finished a little cleaner.

O - Nice beer, very flavorful. I would see no need to have more than one of these in an evening. Nice addition to an afternoon watching golf.

Pours a four finger white head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Crystal clear amber color. Good carbonation and light-medium bodied. Light honeysuckle nose and flavor is sweet clove with some bitterness. Higher ABV is hidden. 12oz bottle, from Gift Specialists Oceanside, California.
