On tap at the Office in Summit. Pours an effervescent, golden hue with minimal frothing. Pungent hop aroma with nuances of fresh pine and grapefruit. Similar flavor profile.

Clear golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma is not very intense on the hops, you mostly get a clean malt profile. Taste is more hoppy but overall it's still a very clean beer with some earthy bitterness and a lager like malt profile. Body is on the lighter side and feels quite dry but the high ABV is hidden quite well. Overall it's really drinkable DIPA buy it lacks some aromatic hops.

Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a thumb sized cream colored head that falls to ring fairly quickly. But does leave behind some good lace.

Aroma is nice fruity citrus pineapple, mango, tropical fruity with some floral sweet notes. Riding on a bready malt base just big enough to carry the hops and add a touch of sweetness.

Taste is nice not quite as good as the nose but good. Tropical fruits pineapple, mango orange notes moves to dry bitter resin and floral hints in the finish. Some lingering bitterness on the tongue with touches of peppery spice and lingering grapefruit rind.

Mouthfeel is a good medium with basically medium carbonation also goes down smooth.

Overall a good I2PA from Victory imagine that. wouldn't mind having this one fresh then right at the enjoy by date. But a good easy drinking brew goes down too easy for 9%

Appearance - Pours a quick finger of off-white dense foam, body is a straight-up translucent gold, defined laced rings mark every sip.The lighter color may make this one appear "lighter", but I assure you the flavor is Not.

Smell - strong tropical notes especially pineapple, over-ripe citrus and bitter rinds, nice floral hop notes in the back.

Taste - Wow, this is really nice! Extremely balanced flavors of tropicals mentioned above, much more mango, kiwi and honeydew melon on the palate, semi-sweet red grapefruit piths, blood orange, and this quickly dries and bitters to fruit pith, candied rinds and dried fruit pits. There is some nice floral flavors riding along for the entire trip along the back. I also get a small hint of dried basil and pink peppercorn long into the finish. Fantastic!

Mouthfeel - Nice medium weight, perfect for a DIPA, the carb provides a perfectly smooth scrub with nice edges along the sides and back of the tongue. You're going to want to drink this a little quicker, as I keep wanting to experience these flavors over and over, alcohol perfectly hidden, no heat.

Overall - Really a delicious DIPA from Victory, and one that I wish I could come across more often. the finish may be a bit on the bitter and chalky side for some, like bitter pollen, but I like this finish, and I'll bet you will too.
