This one is all over the place, was hoping for better. Some good elements, but overall it doesn’t mesh well. Sour, funky aroma, some metallic notes, sweet malt and dry hops fight for your taste buds, tart, sour, metallic finish. Hopefully the parts keep moving for the next batch.

Served in a pint glass from a 22oz. bomber.
Appearance: Gold hazy color with a slight brownish tint, heavy bubbles on the body with a super thick white head rising to roughly two finger's length.
Smell: A light malt scent with slight grapefruit skin but it disappears pretty quickly.
Taste: Smooth bitterness, hits of citrus including light lemon and grapefruit. Hops remind you a bit of a euro pale lager consider how smooth it is.
Mouth: Medium to heavy carbonation and pretty sticky. Light malts to finish at the end.
Overall: Not a bad pick up at my local Costco store. Need something "light" for this hot and humid day and this brew delivered. Salud!

22oz. Bomber
Enjoy By: 26 Feb 15
Pours a very nice slightly cloudy dark golden orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice three-finger creamy/foamy white head, which leaves tons of sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, kinda hoppy, yeasty, with some green apples. The taste is malty, hoppy, very slight yeast note, and a good touch of green apples. Medium body, with a very slight bitter/dry finish. Overall still a tasty brew, even though it's past it's enjoy by date. Quite a different English IPA, worth seeking out.

22oz bottle served in a pint glass.
I'm pretty excited about this one since its becoming hard to find an English IPA among the growing crowd of west coast hop bombed IPAs
Light copper in color with a huge frothy head, somewhat due to a bad pour, just a touch of haze is seen when holding it up to the light. The smell is made up of honey and biscuit as the base and over that there is some floral and earthy hops with a touch of light citrus. The bready malt seems a little light in the taste however, especially when the sharp bitterness hits. There is not too much in the way of hop flavor except for light herbal and grassy notes that should be expected with the English hops. I'm also getting a bit of a metallic character in the bitterness. The finish is a little dry with a bit of lasting tingly bitterness while overall the body is medium to light with moderate levels of carbonation. This is a pretty good beer, I was hoping for better but I can't quite say that I'm disappointed.

Cloudy copper color with orange hues and highlights. Choppy white head. Nice lacings. Sweet citrusy hop flavor, almost like sparkling hoppy flavored orange juice. Decent body Very drinkable. Unique. Enjoyable.

Super malty.
Pour looked good, amber/copper color, decent 2 inch head.
Smelled sweet, tasted sweeter, super heavy maltiness, with not much hop bite. carbonation was too light.
I was really surprised, as everything else I've had from Victory has been great.
