Bright aromas of citrus and pine bring together fresh, earthy flavors and malts to balance a moderate bitterness in the easy-going IPA.

Clear golden pour. Mild pine and citrus on the nose. Nose follows through to the first sip but this is very mild. Very sessionable, but nothing special. Thin to medium bodied.

Very light, slightly amber color upon pouring. Smell is overwhelmingly earthy, but fairly pleasant. I found the taste to be distinctively fruity, with a nice aftertaste that lingers on the tongue. Hops are definitely present, but are on the milder side. The feel was the best part of this beer for me, very savory, but light enough that I could enjoy several of these in a session.

Nice light golden with fluffy white head with lots of lacing, not really a scent that stands out but it's nice on the nose, nothing to stand out but still pleasant on the palate with a little hint of grapes at the end

Pours a fairly clear golden amber color with a moderate frothy head that displays good retention and lacing.
Aroma opens with herbal hops, light pine and grass. On the fruity side, I detect melon, particularly cantaloupe. Oddly enough, a bready and toffee like aroma begins to dominate midway, pleasant enough, but out of sorts for the style.
The taste is rather clean, with a dry cracker and bready malt flavor. There is a modest amount of hops bitterness, a touch of bright, citrusy lemon like hops, and a moderate piny spice. Honestly, tastes more like an APA than IPA.
Nice light and crisp mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation and dry finish.
Sessionable overall despite possibly being miscategorized stylewise. Nevertheless, doesn’t quite live up to Victory’s lofty standards.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy caramel colored IPA with a frothy off-white head. Big earthy and herbal aroma with some bready malt. Very herbal & earthy hop flavors with notes of pine, lemon-lime&grapefruit citrus; biscuity and bready malt. Medium body, resinous with a dry finish, earthy pine lingers on. Definitely has the old school east coast vibe with the big herbalness. It's not quite my thing, but it did grow on me the more I drank it. I can't see myself getting it again or recommending it in the future.

A: Darken, tarnished orange has a good clarity with a good presence of macro-bubbles. Toothpaste white head is part creamy and frothy, at one finger holds steady. Long encompassing circles line the vessel for a good show of lace.

S: Fresh wet grassy hops, with some pilsner malts as a backbone. Grainy and bready feel, with some sliced lemons and a nice herbal, almost noble like aroma coming from the hops. Earthy green and fresh and flowery, wet from the fields, shows a delicate balance and touch. The bitterness is light to medium, but appreciative, soothing and very pleasant with small hints of fresh orange peel.

T: The flavor was grainy, almost pilsner like malts with a fresh wet hop nature. Wet and grassy, delicate and very well balanced as the nose, shows some semi-dry lemon and lightly tart nature with some herbal and tropical hops coming on the finish. The overall strength is gentle as with the nose, but again, very appreciative.

M: Crisp around the tongue's edges, creamy soft base malts with a very smooth texture.

O: Not your typical hop bomb from Victory, but more of a delicate, fresh wet approach, very nice to sip and savor to appreciate its small nuances. Feels like a hoppy summer time pilsner, grainy and bready with just the right amount for future endeavors. Very well balanced and recommended six pack.
