Victory- Idyll Ale
A- Hazy yellow with a thick frothy heavy lacing head.
S- Sweet grainy malt with a dry grassy hop aroma.
T- Light sweet honey and orange malt with a dry grass/ hay/ straw pine hoppiness. Light citric touch.
M- Light sweetness starts things off but a solid crisp clean dry earthy hoppiness takes over. Solid pine and light citrus hops finish off clean.
Overall- So good! Had a pint at the brewpub and had to bring home a growler. Possibly the best Blonde Ale I've ever had!

I had this on-tap at the Victory Brewery and Restaurant in Downingtown, PA. It came in a nonic glass.
Appearance: The body is a clear golden color. The head is a white color, one-half finger tall, fine retention, small bubbles and thin but abundant lacing.
Smell: The aromas are slight pine and not much else.
Taste: The flavors are grapefruit, pine and a bit of orange.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is crisp.
Drinkability: This is a very drinkable beer.
Don't drink and review.

Growler from the brewery
Pours a clear, golden orange with a creamy, frothy bone white head that rose 2+ inches. Head had great staying power and left loads of sticky lace.
A very subtle aroma of floral hops and clean toasted malt. The flavor mimics the nose only with an added spicy hop kick. Malt forward in the beginning, only with a beautiful blend of hops on the back end to balance everything out. Finishes slightly bitter and dry.
The mouthfeel is much bigger than it looks. Creamy and smooth, medium bodied. Highly sessionable.

Draught @ Victory: This one pours a very clear, golden color. There is a frothy white head on it. The aroma is lighter. There are notes of malts and floral hops. The taste is good. Lighter malt body with a touch of floral hops. Very easy to drink. A fine session beer. This may be the old Sunnybrook Blonde.
