While I'm enjoying it on my couch, I can imagine it'd be best enjoyed out in the sun. I loved the taste but I wasn't as keen on the way it felt in my mouth. a little dryer than I like. I loved the sweet and airy flavor, and it has a fun bottle! Definitely something I'd drink again.

A - A fingers worth of crisp frothy virginal white colored head... Fairly decent retention gives way to a full veil of lace and a slight collar... A very light pale gold color... Minimal carbonation who's bubbles are been in size and have a pretty quick pace... Uber clean... I don't think that I've ever seen a more translucent brew...

S - Lemon... Orange zest... Some candied sugars... Honey... A mix of toasted and bready malts... Subtle grassy notes... A very minimal hop presence...

T - Lemon... Lots of grainy malts... Some subtle floral notes... A very subtle earthy hop presence on the finish...

M - On the lighter side of medium bodied... Very light carbonation... Clean... Crisp... A slightly dry, slightly bitter finish...

D - Basic... Simple... Straight-forward... Not too shabby... No complaints, but I'm not sure I recommend nor seek out again in the future... Additionally, I love the label...

Clear gold, big foamy head. Citrus, floral, some yeast overall refreshing smell. I prefer a little less hops in the blonde ale, but I could drink more.

Pours a hazy whitish yellow with a white head. A bready, piney, and citric aroma. Flavor followed suit. Starts off doughy bread, a thick wall bitterness quickly comes in, that flows into some pine and citric fruit. Medium bodied with some carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent and enjoyable brew. One of those beers that works well with the warm weather as its got some bright flavors to it, though it isn'tjuicy and refreshing like I have come to expect from a summer seasonal. That uniqueness though is a point in this beers favor.

Served on-tap in a Shaker pint at Beer Run (Charlottesville, VA).

A: Clear honey-golden with short cap of fuzzy off-white head with a skimpy bit of lace at the top of the glass.

S: Grassy and fruity citrus aroma, very nice fresh hops aroma with a little bit of lemon and floral character as well. Malt notes are small but not missing. No real yeast character as it should be.

T: A really crisp, clean beer, although the flavor is good through mid drink but misses on the bitterness (a little too bitter) and the hoppy finish (a little underhopped and really under dry-hopped) that the aromas promise. Maltiness is inobtrusive but supports the hops well with some crackery malt character.

M: Clean and crisp as the style should be with medium to medium-high carbonation and light body.

O: Not a beer I would order all that often, but at the right price point, I could see picking this up occasionally. I could see myself brewing a slightly hoppier version myself for sure, but there is no big flaw in this beer. Solid and enjoyable.

Appearance: Pours a light gold with a substantial head, pretty representative of the style. Lacing forms throughout the tasting.
Smell: Grainy with an herbal, slightly spicy hop presence upon opening.
Taste: Grainy malts walk hand in hand with bittering hops. These hops have earthy, spicy attributes. A very mild alcohol warmth lingers long after the tasting. Finishes clean and somewhat dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium feel. Dryness upon finish.
Overall: Unique blonde ale- more hops than the typical blonde ale in my opinion. Not sure if this would serve as a optimal summer thirst-buster, but a good experience nonetheless.

The beer comes in a straw clear color with a decently sized head.

The aroma has a sweet corny grain aroma. It’s quite sweet. It’s a bit floral.

The flavor follows with that sweetness, but not cloying and quite crisp with its gentle pilsner malts. It’s very light on its body. Then there is a bit of a citrus and grapefruit bitterness at the end. The surprise is the citrus that comes in the finish that does not come through on the aroma.

I didn’t go crazy for it, but it’s quite a delicious and flavorful summer beer. Recommended.

Pours a very pale golden yellow color with a one finger white foam head that has good retention, slowly fading into a lasting cap.

Earthy floral hop aroma with hints of grass, straw, hay and pale malt. Subtle spice along with some crisp, light and citrus fruit.

Medium bodied with a good balance of floral, bitter hops, pale malt, spice and fruit notes. Crisp hop bite up front that provides some dry bitterness and compliments the earthy grass and straw notes. This is countered by the sweet malt and hints of apple, pear and lemon. Well balanced and easy to drink, especially during the warmer months. I was a little nervous by the initial appearance but this beer is pretty complex and flavorful. Pretty nice for this time of year.

Poured from bottle into pint glass

Appearance – Pours a lighter golden color with a nice billowy white head. The head has a moderate amount of lacing and leave a medium level of lacing on the glass.

Smell – The aroma is mainly of a lighter bready nature with some lemon citrus and a light pine hop aroma.

Taste – The taste begins almost entirely malt based. Flavors of bread and biscuit are on the tongue. Hop flavors then start working their way into the taste. It begins with some citrus and then some pine begins working its way into the flavor. The taste overall is more on the dry side and makes for some easy drinking slightly bitter flavors.

Mouthfeel – The body is on the lighter to medium side with the carbonation level being just slightly above average. Both make it very drinkable and enjoyable.

Overall – A good session brew that is easy to drink while hanging out and sitting around with friends or just watching the game on TV.

Almost a half finger of head on a clear, golden colored body.
The aroma is bright grapefruit and lemon.
The taste has a sharp lime bitter beginning and then mellows to the finish.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
It has great bitterness for a blond ale. Tasty.

Biscuity, with a hint of fruity, grassy, and floral hops. Looks brilliant in the glass, billowing head with a clear gold body. Dry finish, overall a solid example of the style and very fitting for the season.

12oz bottle into a tall glass. Freshness dating was present, but smudged, but it's a summer beer so I'm assuming a fresh enough bottle. Have had this before, so time for a proper review.

looks decent enough, slightly hazy yellow body, good white head, with initially okay lacing, which dropped off quite quickly.

Slightly grassy aroma, nothing else that i could discern.

An okay tasting Blonde Ale. The hops are faintly present, the malt is good and strong, the overall feel to it is a light flavor, but still with a little character.

Mouth is light, finish clean

Overall, for what it is, this is an okay summer offering. Not something I would drink a lot of, but if there was one in a cooler of ice, I'd be okay grabbing it.
