Poured from tap at home into a pilsner glass.
A: A light to medium hazy straw color with a two finger bright white head. I believe all the Braumeister pils' are keller style, thus the hazy color.
S: Grainy, grassy, lemon and zesty hops. Some baked bread is picked up.
T: Grassy hops mix with some lemon zest and herbal flavors as the huge bready grainy biscuit malt folllows up. The biscuit malt powers through to the finish with some more grassy hops. Finish is bitter, but not overly so and the finish is drying. This is a really nicely balanced beer.
F: Mouthfeel is slightly bitter at the finish but still very smooth through the middle. It's almost perfect. No alochol of course, pefect carbonation and just really drinkable.
O: Another Braumeister winner from Victory. This one is a Czech style so it really is a balance super drinkable pils. I think I am definitely a fan of the Braumeister series and this one does not disappoint. These beers are really enjoyable and really need to be tasted by any fan of Victory. If you like Prima, you will love these pils'. Another winner.

I tried this on tap at Victory Brewing Company, served chilled in a willybecker.
The color is slightly tarnished golden bordering on amber with thick rocky white head and very fine bead with great head retention. The smell is light with herbal hop and tea-like scent with slight malt odor and subtle mineral yeast accent. The feel is great with tangy and bitter balanced with malt toastiness and modertately carbonated with slight spice texture and mostly dry finish.
The flavor has a tangy lemony hop quality with slight hint of herbal and hay-like flavor with husky malt and toasted taste with grassy and a mineral flavor of lager yeast with slight spice as it finishes dry. One of the best American interpretations of a pilsner is brewed by Victory this is a traditonal take on the style that is very easy to drink and not as strong as Prima.

On tap at the Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
Pours a fizzy golden yellow. Small but ok looking head. Not much lacing.
Smells like toasty grain and and herbal grassy hops.
Tastes the same, but more magnified. Very grassy hop flavor from the Tettnang hops. Very pleasant. Bit of spiciness to the hops as well, leaving a pleasant bitter aftertaste in your mout after every sip.
Very light but good mouthfeel. Well carbonated.
A great easy drinking pilsner with outstanding, simple hop flavor. I could certainly put a few of these back easy- seems like the sort of beer that would improve with multiple in a session.

pour is transparent light gold with a foamy slightly off white head. Nose has strong grain, lightly sticky malt, soapy hops, herbal, lightly resignous. Taste is more herbal, strong bitterness, grain is much more muted, citrus comes through in the finish. Lightly carbonated, fairly dry.
