Atmosphere: Open, large space. Central bar that you can fully walk around, and another bar in the back for busy nights, so two bars, big space. High ceilings, dark wood, some re-purposed, and exposed steel cross beams in the celing. Great use of a re-furbished space, making it both vintage, & modern. Dim lighting, about candle light lumens in the evening. Large open windows, so great air flow in the space as well.
Food: Appetizers are excellent, and simple. I've gone with chips & a pretzel, with Peanut butter ailoi, white choclate aioli, yom yom! Main courses are hit a miss, portions are a bit on the small side, given the prices. Also their onion rings are battered too heavily, and their oil they use to grill them is too think for me personally.
Drinks: Well stock spirits, including high end whiskey's, bourbons, vodka's & small batch tequilas just to name a few. Large rotating craft beer list, my main draw to the space, is well catered.
Prices: Mid range. I've paid more elsehwhere, also paid less. One drink, a burger with a side, and tax and tip will run you around $25 to give an idea
Vibe: Overall, a nice welcoming place in the west valley, It's on Ventura, so it's got a mix of older business folks for a quick bite in the afternoons, young social millenials, local drinkers in the evenings, and a great mixture of options in terms of food and drink, that are by no means fast food, or linen lined steak house, right about in the middle
