Crisp, dry, tart, lively, lemony citrus, pale crackery bready malts, touch of spice, hay, mild banana, grape, slight acidity, medium plus bodied

Excellent low-ABV summer day sipper. Lots of earthy, oak accents to compliment some bright lemon / citrus flavors. Farmhouse yeast to round it out. Light, crisp body. Doesn’t re-invent the wheel as far as the style goes but it hits all the right notes

Really nice nose with big oak and lemon and great flavor with more oak and balanced tartness until the THP hits on the back end. Really gross popcorn cheese that ruins the beer for me. Clean that up and this is a 4.3+.

Clear sparkling pale gold with a moderate white foam settling to a creamy, silky film with a thick round collar that has some cling.
Smell is hoppy, crisp and slightly sharp and funky. The hops are like grassy allium, while the funk is lemony and slightly toasty of oak.
Right off the bat, I get flavors of buttery crust, biscuit and toffee, melding into a hint of phenol, tart grapefruit, onion and grassy hops with an herbal hint of lavender and champagne. There's a touch of red apple in the aftertaste.
Moderately light body, crisp but softer moderate carbonation, finishing semi-dry.

Picked up at the brewery, bottled 7/2017
Pours a huge fizzy head that fades very quickly, no real lacing, mostly clear light colored blond color
nose big tartness, a bit of barnyard like funk but mostly just sour acidic funk, tart lemony grassy and a bit floral, mild malt character, some buttery toasted oak notes, actually as it warms buttery oak really comes through, with a little vinous white wine like note.
Taste is more tart acidic beer, a little toasty malt note, bready, lemony sourness, tart with a touch of barnyard funk, a little tart flemmy sourness, juicy lemon funk, mild spices and some vinous white wine characters leading into more buttery oak. Drier but very flemmy acidic finish, white wine and oak with tart acidity lingering.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, big tart flemmy acidity, decent carb.
Overall pretty tart and fair funky, great oak, not sure I would call this a table beer which is usually a light drinkable saison, with the acidity tartness and flemminess this is not really a table beer.

Pours slightly hazy lemon gold, white lacing for a head.
Smells of lemon, coriander, cracker, and hints of rosemary.
Tastes of lemon, lemongrass, coriander, sourdough and cracker malts. Light herbal finish.
Light body with stinging carbonation on the tongue.
A very nice saison with a bright, slightly tart flavor. Drinks very easily. Very good beer and worth having.
