Our Belgian Tripel is light bodied with moderately high carbonation paired with Belgian spicy character from th yeast make this a very refreshing beer. We make our own "candi" sugar, which is a typical ingredient for the style to increase the alcohol. Go easy on this on or you'll be howling at the moon.
