Certainly not you massive and overly hyped Impy Stout which is fine by me, a simple and to style beer though being it is smaller it could be seen as a big Export Stout as well.

Nice beige head to start. Leaves only spots of lace on the glass. Deep, dark brown where no light shines through, even on the edges.
Plenty of mocha and burnt patent malt. A bit cream in the background.
Chewy body with a low effervescence. Lots of bitterness from the deeply roasted malt and a touch of hop. I like the creaminess in the aftertaste. This could go up against Guinness or Murphy's. But I would not put this into the Imperial category. There's not enough abv or alcohol warmth. Still this is a superior dry stout.

This is one of the very best stouts I have had, and I've had quite a few. This beer is opaque black, with a creamy thick head. The first impression is that there is a big sweet roasty malty flavor that is not cloying, and it's perfectly balanced by the bitterness of the hops. The chocolate and coffee flavors really come through nicely, though the beer contains neither. There's very little complexity from the hops. They are there just to balance the sweet malt, which they do perfectly. Yeah! This one is all about the malt.
