L: gives a hazy orange color, decent top of head that disloves rapidly . some lacings on the sides
S: Green apples, citrus, pineapples, peppers and cloves, sugar, floral hops
T&F: Fruity at the start with that typical yeasty sweetness,i sense most of the fruits in the aroma. in the middle i sense more the spices and kind of a sour note in the background. It finishes of dry with a long bittersweet aftertaste.the flavor is the weakest on this beer, since no one of the flavours gets very solid.
Mouthfeel is creamy and boozy and the carbonation is bubbly in the mouth.
O: Overall it was a good and drinkable, but it lacks flavours for being top rated triple. It sure is far more better triples out there. Anyway it was worth trying, and i would like try more from this brewery.

Big fluffy light tan head. Golden colored with a hazy muddiness that looses a couple points. Smells of wheat and bread yeast with a slight honey sweetness. An earthy woody mossy undertone lingers long in the nose. The taste is of biscuit and rye with a tanginess of malt and mild balsamic vinegar. Also some warmth comes through with nutmeg and coriander. An unexpected tingly carbonation finishes the roastiness well. A solid boozy aftertaste persists long with a malt sweetness. Feel is okay. The tingly sensation is good, but doesn't overcome a mouth coating greasy sweetness. The sweetness isn't overpowering, but it's there. The beer is nice and enjoyable, but not the most complex tripel.

It pours a golden color, that stays clear unless you pour the last bit in it. The yeast will make it cloudy. Smells refreshing, with some citrus and hop aromas. Combination of malt and citrus accents makes for an enjoyable, easy-to-drink beer and the nice bitterness of the hops makes it refreshing.
