L- Quite dark amber, very slight haze with most sediment left in bottle. Pours with 5mm fine white head.
S- A slightly sour note, sour apple or something akin.
T- The sour note is mild and is quickly lost into a wall of quite pungent ABV%/richness. In fact here, some of the 'richness' comes thro as outright sweetness and it risks getting more strident as it warms.
F- It feels every bit of it's 8% ABV and there are the beginnings of an alcohol fuelled ABV-zing happening on my palate. The other thing that was striking was I took my first swig and closed my mouth and just let it sit and unfold on my palate and the carbonation from it was that high and fast I had to swallow with 3-4 seconds, that's a first!
O- Interesting to try and I'm mostly enjoying it. I wish it had a broader Taste to consider and was perhaps a touch less sweet.
Bought from BeersOfEurope(UK). 330ml bottle BB: 16/04/22.

Poured into a chimay glass, medium sized head and lacing.
Good smell, strong of yeast.
Tastes of honey and citrus, with little aftertaste. Also a hint of nuts.
Feels good in the mouth, with an agreeable "thickness" to it.
Overall a good solid beer.

Another one from the last beertasting with fellow BA member rvdoorn.
A: A hazy golden/yellow color with a white head.
S: YEAST up front. Coriander and orange zest. Some sourness and almonds.
T: Cherries, honey, citrus and coriander. Hop bitterness and almonds in the aftertaste.
M: Low carbonation and a thin body.
D: To sour for my taste. Not bad if that's your style.

Pours a hazy golden-yellow color, with a huge long lasting white head and a nice sticky lacing.
Smell: Strong yeast, coriander, bit sour (cherries), orange zest and some hints of almond.
Taste: Honey, lemon, coriander. Cherries are present, but not too sour. Nice bitter hops and strong almond in the aftertaste. Alcohol is present and not hidden at all.
Mouthfeel: Medium-low carbonation, thin-bodied.
Overall: Decent beer, resembles a bit a lightly sour triple. Alcohol too much present. Drinkable, but will not buy it again.

Bottle, 330 ml. Hazy golden orange colour, fainted almost non existent head. Sweet aroma of fruits, peach, with vanilla, clove and coriander. Medium to strong body, it feels good in the mouth, with citrusy notes, alongside with the vanilla, and fruits, specially peach. Some honey hints and marzipan. A good one.

Hazy golden with a thin lacy head. Sounds like I'm writing a bad haiku. The smell is...odd. Sour cherries, malt. Not what I would have thought. No hops in evidence. The taste is very malty, with the cherries again but sweet rather than sour. Very sweet. The finish is a bit dry, which balances it nicely. The mouthfeel is a bit flat and cloying. Makes me claustrophobic somehow. The drinkability is OK. Too sweet to have many of them. Certainly an experience to have. Not sure how many times I'd have it.

The beer after its removal from the 330ml brown bottle resides in the glass a bemused yellow-orange color with a modest and creamy bright white head that erodes quickly leaving a thin velum like sheet upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt, sweet and fruity with a tart crispness, start is sweet and the malt pleasing, top is light in feel to the palate. Finish is stern in its acidity with the hops pleasingly spicy and a quite dry aftertaste, nice and refreshing beer.
