Growler. Poured a very hazy, yellow/orange, peach color. Thicker white head tpgrows then fades. Softer lacing. Aroma is damn tart and sour. Peaches! Who would ever be surprised by that. Some unripened nectarines, too. Hints of wood but far juicier than woody. First sip jolts me with tartness. Seconds one I can find a bit more fruity sweetness. As I get more accustomed to the flavor, I start to pick up more grape, oak and must. I do pick up an 'off' metallic flavor but it's not too powerful. The peaches are tart and organic. Lots of wildly fermented yeasty notes. Body is surprisingly a bit creamy. Also it leaves a tannic feel. I enjoyed this save for the metallic twang I picked up. This brewery has a very unique backstory and they seem to be making some seriously zany beers.

Pours a dull orange with no head. Nose is pretty much non-existent - maybe some faint citrus notes. Taste reveals citric acid and sour peaches; however, the flavors are a bit off. Mouthfeel is light and lively and moderately acidic, such that it leaves a residual burn between quaffs. Overall, pretty good but way too acidic for my sensibilities.
