I really dug this. Closer to that clean style of wild beer, but the barrels added enough complexity to keep it interesting. The gin barrels were crazy here, so much ginger and pine. Wonderful fruit presence, I didn't remember it being acetic at all, unlike a couple other things I've had from them.

750 ml bottle. Hazy golden orange body. No head or retention. Looks still. Aromas are bright lemon peel and juice, orange, floral gin. Flavors are a smack of sour lemon up front, followed by the oak and floral gin notes. This beer is an absolute stunner. Incredibly refreshing.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Blend 2, 4/3/2015.
Appearance - Hazy light orange body. Medium white head and a medium collar.
Smell - Impressive. Lemon. Oak. Gin barrel is most prominent and I'm sucker for it in saisons.
Taste - Wine comes out a lot more. Lemon flavor is delicious. Oak. Gin barrel lingers into the finish. Mild tartness. More of a saison than a wild ale, I'd say.
Mouthfeel - Medium low carbonation. Medium light body.
Overall - Fantastic. Great combination of flavors.
