ÆtherÆther
Notes: Æther is a pale ale brewed with wheat malt & oats fermented with our special wild yeasts. It is very lightly hopped during the boil and then dry hopped right after the primary fermentation with Hallertau Blanc & Loral.

The dry hopping slows down the activity of the souring bacteria resulting in a very refreshing acidity complemented by the aromatics & flavors from the hops.

An awesome sour wheat ale out of a can. Look into the tulip was nice with some white froth and an orange gold color but settled into an unspectacular flat / no head. Smell was a mild funky brett. Taste was the same, but not over powering in any way, and the presence if the wheat, I think, might have made it feel more solid and amped up the mouthfeel, along with the nice mild twang at the back end from the brett. A beautiful sour that was actually not a sipper, out of a can, that you didn't feel like you had to make last all night. Well done OEC!
