Poured this into a Spieglau Pilsner glass to fully enjoy all that is in the 12 oz bottle. Lovely deep straw gold and nice, relatively dense head. A bit of chill haze as it was a bit too cold initially. Bits of lace here and there. The aroma is very inviting as it offers up a delectable bouquet of light sweet bready malt, floral hops, and a touch of restrained yeast. The nose is one of the smoother olfactory experiences I've had, with a light touch of peppery spiciness. There is a note of something I can't quite put my finger on , but I love it. Taste follows suit. Light, sweet, honeyed malt opens with a crisp clean unfolding of a perfect hop counterpoint. A touch of depth that I attribute to a sophisticated, clean, yeast. Restrained initially, the mild spiciness of the hops yields to a firmer earthy undercurrent that ups the drinkability. pepper in the nose delicately shows itself. Finish is smooth, clean and, dry with a light lingering herbal pucker. Feel is smoothly carbonated and on the lighter side, but not watery in the least. Just enough heft to make each swallow a treat. Drinkability is through the roof. Quenching and crisp with a refreshing quality that keeps you at the glass. This goes down like nobody's business and makes it a perfect session beer. Add summer and it is a top five go to brew. Add barbecue and friends, you better have a case. This is a great job on a style that is hard to do as well as this is done. This will be on my short list of beers to always keep in the house and I'm not a big Pilsner drinker. I am now.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving wispy patterns of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderately strong aromas of sweet bready malts are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of bready malts and has a bit of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has nice malty undertones but seems like it could use more in the way of hops to lend some bitterness to the taste and balance off some of the malty flavors.

Pours a straw color with hints of golden, decent two finger nail length frothy head, soapy lace.
Mild grassy nose and then an orange zest aroma takes over. Also some earthy tones. Hint of honey towards the end.
Sweet, lightly toasted malts taste, kiss of hops, slightly dry grainy finish.
So light and drinkable, I had to hold myself back.
Really good pilsner and I was delighted to discover this little known brand.
