Notes: Layoffs and termination, please accept my resignation. No severance package? My credit has been damaged. The Bankers will demand their payment once you receive their monthly statement. I can’t even afford the minimum payment. Bankruptcy is an imperial stout without restraint at 12 percent I have no complaints. It pours as dark as a moonless night. Tell me this isn’t right. I cannot meet my obligations when they are due. What else can I do? I therefore declare bankruptcy.

This Imperial Stout of eminent force spent 6 months absorbing intense vanilla, bourbon, and oak notes from the fresh Wyoming Whiskey barrels.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: Pours an extremely dark brown with 1 inch mocha head that fairly quickly recedes to a thin skim.
S: Wood char, dark chocolate, whiskey, molasses, vanilla, and a hint of dark roast coffee. Potent!
T: Dark chocolate, whiskey, wood char, dark roast coffee with cream, vanilla, molasses, and a hint of dark dried fruit.
M: Medium-heavy body. Darkly sweet with some roasted char bitterness and enough boozy whiskey to make sure you understand this one means business. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: What a pleasant surprise! Excellent example of style. Tremendous sipper...even on a hot summer evening.

Pours an opaque black with a minimal tan head.
The aroma is chocolate and toasty with hints of oak, dark fruit and a hint of vanilla.
Taste follows the nose. Roast coffee, dark chocolate, char, brown sugar and a finishing note of roasted marshmallow. A bit boozy with the barrel coming through as well. Perhaps a touch too sweet.
Moutfeel is medium, smooth and creamy.
Excellent stout.
