On our route during 2021 RV trip.
Unfortunately bar/taproom was closed due to COVID restrictions but they sold beer to go and to enjoy in the area in the back. Service was nice and friendly. 7 beers on tap and offering wine and cider as well. Nice big covered patio in the back, very inviting.

Always excellent. Every beer is balanced, every time. Great examples of classic styles. Great stop after a long hike or bike.

Small brewery on the main drag with large garage door open to street. U-shaped bar seats about 15 with additional tables opposite bar and out back. Only 6 beers on tap, I had the Pale ale, which was nice. Friendly, personable bartender- we're talking southern charm on steroids. Lively crowd, fun time.

Lively on an early Friday afternoon. Large front door opens in good weather to a street-side patio with awning. Near Swamp Rabbit bike trail, so there are bike racks in front and bikers inside. Six beers on tap with a good range of styles. Beers are all good but hop levels are low, especially in the hoppy styles (e.g., the DIPA drinks like an APA in terms of hops).
Plenty of seating inside and on a deck behind the bldg., plus a few seats on Main St. (weather permitting).

After so much build up for their opening, I felt EXTREMELY let down by Swamp Rabbit. Small selection of mediocre beers, added with terrible service from very beer incompetent yet arrogant staff makes this place less than desirable to visit. If you're a typical local with a palate for Bud Light, then this is definitely going to be impressive...but for any real beer enthusiast, it will be a major disappointment! I hope they can get their own identity and their beers improve!!!

Edit: I revisited Swamp Rabbit recently because some friends were adamant that they had improved...unfortunately, not so much for my taste. The Pale Ale and DIPA tasted like liquid sweet feed for horses, mixed with grassy, nonflavorful hops. Still very disappointing IMO.
