Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear light burgundy pour with 2 fingers of fizzy pink-tinged head. Falls fast... modest lacing. Sediment at the end of the poor.
S: Tart and lacto... acidic with light fruit/berry.
T.F: Just like it smells. Tart lactobacillus bordering on a mild pucker. Funk and fruit/berry. Blueberry/raspberry mostly. Strong acidity, lemon, and some vinegar. Light bodied and well carbonated.
O: Light and relatively easy drinking but nothing earth shattering. I like the low ABV.

A 750ml bottle with no clear bottled on or best before date. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A very cloudy deep purple reddish colour with a big two finger light pink head that dissipated quickly and left only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Tart, mixed berries, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, grape and a touch bubblegum.
Taste: Sour, tart, mixed berries, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and lemon juice.
Mouthfeel: Lively, acidic, light to medium bodied, with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Nice mixed berries aroma and flavour makes for good easy drinking.

Purplish-berry color, thin lacing. Aroma is mostly dry, tart yeast, maybe light berry flavor but not any strong identity from the berries. Taste is similar, the tartness isn’t strong or anything but the other flavors are just not assertive enough. Nice easy drinker but nothing special.

Tart and sour. Not much funk or complexity however, slight fruitiness. Seems more like a kettle sour than a barrel aged sour. Ok at best but not worth the money.

Dark raspberry colored pour with a pink one-finger head. Aroma of must and sour berries. Very tart dark berry flavor with lots of carbonation and a hint of wood flavor.
