A 750ml bottle, bottled on 21st October 2016. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.

Appearance: A hazy golden straw yellow colour with a lightly less than two finger white head that dissipated quickly and left only sparse to no lacing.

Aroma: Tart, pineapple juice, lemon zest, wheat, with a light funk.

Taste: Sour, tart, pineapple juice, canned pineapple sweetness, acidic and lime.

Mouthfeel: Dry, light bodied with high carbonation.

Overall: Great pineapple flavours coming through with a good balance of sweet and sour.

Scored a bunch of these when my brother was in San Diego. They're all good, but also more like a wild ale than a saison.

Pours a golden yellow color, slight haze, 1/3" white head. Aroma smacked of sourness and some pineapple.

Taste, wow, plenty sour, a slight pina colada like feel from the pineapple and just the slightest amount of vanilla woodiness. If you go into this beer expecting a nice saison like hay barnyard thing powered by yeast, you'll be disappointed. If you go into it expecting a pineapple wild ale with pungent sourness, you'll get what you're looking for. I didn't find it to be much like a saison, but I also liked the beer. So while it probably won't win any BJCP nerd awards for sticking to the script, it will go down nicely on a summer day.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with medium size white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with some pineapple notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of pineapple notes with some tart notes with light acidic notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of pineapple notes with some funky ester.

Funky, cloudy, a little fruity, and very tart. Not as much pineapple flavor (or saison flavor for that matter) as I was expecting but still a tasty beer.

Cloudy pale yellow pour with a small white head. Big barnyard aroma with a hint of pineapple. Taste is big with a strong tart pineapple upfront backed by a distinct funk flavor.

Pours a light yellow color. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, pineapple leaf, and some tart citrus and a decent but not overly puckering level of sour tartness. Very tasty!

Pure refreshment. Light blonde with minuscule lazy bubbles. Looks like watered down sparkling cider (in a good way?). Smell has an herbal note, pineapple leaf and husk, slight tropical fruitiness. Taste follows but adds a musty note that's not unpleasant, like ephemeral funkiness, with an apple juice closer. The 750 will disappear in no time. Compulsive drikability.

This beer delivered exactly what the name says. A huge, sour pineapple beast! Very fruity and loads of flavor. My new favorite session beer? Probably. If only this came in a can!

Sampled on tap at Beercraft SD. Pours pale yellow and slightly cloudy. Nose is grass and pineapple - which basically sent me back to past Big Island trips. While this series is typically quite sour, I felt that the pineapple sweetness and flavor balanced the sour notes well and worked quite nicely. Very refreshing and nice spin on this classic style.
