Light, nutty brown brew, clear and nearly transparent, with very little head.

Aroma is on point for a quad: dark fruit, fruit bread, and a spicy Belgian yeast bite.

A touch sweet on the palate, with a lot of dry spice. No hiding the alcohol; very boozy, although not unpleasantly so.

For an American-made quad, this isn't bad, and it's quite drinkable. It's nowhere near the quality of the Trappist quads, however, or even the better-made American and Canadian quads.

This was a damn, fine beer...

My first offering from Infinite Ale and it was impressive. Though the brew had practically little to no foam and no lacing to even bother mentioning, it did have an appealing reddish-brown color that had lighter highlights of red up into light. This was tempered by a very underwhelming smell that did not hint to the booziness hiding within it liquid essence. Mouthfeel was medium-bodied as advertised, but creamy, velvety even across the tongue. The taste was a very balanced blend of booze, roast, and hints of caramel sweetness to finish. Overall, a very good beer at least that I am sure many will find exceptional as well. I can't wait to finite what other Infinite choices there are out there to partake...

On tap at WoB in Florida; repeated in October 2018.
Clear dark brown body but nearly black and opaque in the glass. Very good tan head. Excellent lacing.
Aroma: remarkably fruity and lightly spicy.
Flavor: sweet, fruity and delicious. Hints of dates, raisins
Feel: exceptionally smooth, full body with ample soft carbonation.
Overall: unusual quad -- leave your expectations behind and just enjoy it.

Wow...this is a quad?!?...so refreshing and light (relative to other quads). This with its 10%+ ABV may get me in trouble.

Nice bold brown with hint of ruby. Good aroma. Good taste but a bit light on character.
