The head is white and airy, it sinks slowly down leaving no lacing on the glass. Underneath, a yellow hazy liquid.
The smell is sweet with smooth malty notes. Boiled ham and puff pastry.
The taste is smoot and malty, too. Creamy growing notes of wheat flour and some floral hops in the background. Medium body. Hints of citric fruits in the aftertaste, but mainly floral notes and some cookie dough. It is very clean and highly balanced. Passing salty notes and creamy flour in the finish.
Lots of smooth mid-sized long-lived bubbles, the liquid is smooth.
A well crafted and clean kellerbier. Most new breweries that try to brew beers in this style get it wrong and think that kellerbiers should be raw and yeasty. Not this one.

Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine, thick foam.
Smell is crisp and clean, with sweet malt, some peppery rye and some floral notes.
Taste is bready and clean with a mellow, balanced bitterness and a nice floral finish. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very crisp and clean kellerbier, as expected by Nynäshamn.
