The colour is straw yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is clear. The three finger airy head sinks quite quickly to a thin white lid.
The smell is strong. Citric hops. Lots of fresh flowers and some wood/tree sap. Hints of dried garlic.
The taste is very hoppy and quite mild. Sweet, sticky pilsner malt. Hints of garlic and cabbage in the background. Growing floral bitterness. Medium to full body. The aftertaste is a bit dusty with bitter hops and sweet bread. The finish is sweet with some citric peels.
The carbonation is medium to mild, the mid-sized bubbles short-lived. The liquid is smooth and a bit sticky.
Shame about the garlic and cabbage, otherwise this beer is smooth with almost no alcohol.
