Really musty and funky with a very pronounced lactic tartness. The berries and peaches take a back seat, but definitely add a lot. Overall, this is my new favorite sour. It's super complex and in balance. It's just killer.

750ml bottle. Served in a stemmed glass. Pours a murky light orange-yellow body, two finger white head, plenty of carbonation and retention, lots of lacing. Smell is heavily lactic, with peach skin, light grainy sweetness, touch of oak. Very minimal raspberry presence, it seems, even as it warms up. Flavour is at its core, very lactic, with 8-9/10 acidity. It seems to cover up the rest of the beer, though there is plenty of peach flavour and stonefruit here. Not a lot of raspberry here, and if I did not have access to the description on the label, I would have assumed it was a peach wild without raspberries. Hmm. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, again heavily acidic and mouthpuckering. It's a bit over the top without too much complexity backing it up. Overall, an acidic wild ale that needs more balance behind it, either dial down the acidity or add more fruit or work on the malt bill.

L: illuminating hazy strong pink. Unique color. Almost a mixed of peaches Juice and rose wine.

S: Musty, old book shelfs, incredibly funky. A whiff of peach skins and raspberries.

T: tart fresh lemon juice acidity. Puckering for sure. Fruity but now jammy. Really subtle stone fruits flavors. Light peaches and berries.

O: honestly this is a world class sour beer in terms of complexity and depth of flavors. I had no expectations prior of opening this beer and it blows my mind away.

L: Light dusky pink with a bright white head that was gone in seconds
S: Smells kind of like a container that had contained raspberries that was put out in the sun for a bit, but in a good way
T: Terrific! Mostly tart raspberries with a nice subtle peachiness. Light funk on the back. Really really good stuff.
F: Has sort of a carbonated saltwater feel, which I found very pleasant (though my wife was less than keen on the feel)
O: Best beer I've had in Summer 2016.

Love the color of this beer. Pours a salmon pink. Quickly dissipating head. Smells of raspberries, light peaches. Tastes of mostly sour raspberries and light peaches and funk. Very good beer, glad I waited for this one. The mouthfeel is a little funky to me however. Makes me constantly smack my lips, if that's the right term.
