Visited with my wife on a recent trip to Miami, Florida.

Tried the following over the course of two sessions:
Lincoln's Beard Kaptain Kush (draft)
Knee Deep Breaking Bud IPA (draft)
The Tank India Black Ale (draft)
Civil Society Fresh (draft)
J. Wakefield Hop For Teacher IPA (draft)

Beers ranged from good to outstanding. Also enjoyed a delicious Vegan Jambalaya dish; my wife liked her burger. Loved the “Good Beer Ain’t Cheap. Cheap Beer Ain’t Good” graffiti on the wall. Service was efficient. Great crowd in here too. Our overall experience was fantastic, and we would certainly come back.

This is a great place for eclectic local food/vibes paired with good brew while in the Wynwood neighborhood.
Good cheap eats served up by a super friendly staff.

Vibe: I stopped by this place for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. It looked a little sketchy from the outside because it was a couple blocks removed from Wynwood and was in an industrial area, but it seemed like a cool hangout spot off the beaten path. The inside wasn't that big and had a bar and a couple of tables around the perimeter; there were also some tables on the sidewalk in front of the place.

Quality: Beers were served at the proper temperature in a variety of glassware including 16 ounce pint glasses and 12 ounce snifter glasses.

Service: This wasn't that big but had a ton of people working including one bartender and three or four wait staff. I never had to wait more than a minute or two to order a new beer.

Selection: The place had a total of 17 beers on-tap and included a diverse selection of local beers as well as other craft beers from other distant breweries. All of these were from different breweries, which included: 3 Sons, Angry Chair, Bangin' Bango, Beat Culture, Captain Lawrence, Cycle, Founders, Gulf Stream, Huyghe, J. Wakefield, Nightmare, Ommegang, Prairie, Swan, The Tank, Tripping Animals, and Yeasty Brews. No flights are available.

Food: I tried their Fried Conch Sandwich, which was pretty tasting and came with a choice of one side - I went with sweet potato fries.

Heard about this place and decided to stop around dinner time to try out some grub as well. The three beers I had ( red Velvet Cake was the best) were all good, but not great. Still glad to have tried them. The food - was DELICIOUS! All farm-to-table and the service was excellent. I would love to go back and maybe have a few different selections.

Had a quick lunch here on the way out of town. This place had the best draft selection in Miami including many special beers from breweries across the country. They also have a reserve beer list and special cooler with these bottles. I particularly enjoyed the Cigar City Cubano Espresso on tap. The food is gastropub type fare (Alligator Tacos!)and the decor is hip and contemporary. I particularly liked the no dance music sign posted as it seems everywhere you go in Miami is a bass driven latin beat blaring out at you, even at breakfast! This is a gem of a beer bar in an area that otherwise has only a few good breweries that you have to order food into. BE WARNED the place is quite small and gets packed on weekends I'm told. This is a must hit stop in addition to Wynwood, Concrete Beach, J. Wakefield breweries, which are all within walking distance of each other.

Kush is the best spot in Miami to enjoy some amazing craft beers AND great local/organic eats! You're not gonna find another place quite like it. Visiting Kush, you can expect a friendly, attentive staff, unique menu items like, Florida Alligator Bites or the Frita Burger (who knew guava went so well on a burger?), and of course, 18 rotating taps for the beer geeks. Kush is hands down my go-to spot any day of the week.

This place is insane. The food is incredible... I have not had better food at a beer place before. The draft list is an ever rotating list of mostly local beer with other great stuff mixed in. Ask for the reserve list! Insane cantillon, 3f, Todd the axeman, great stuff available. Bartender Lucho is fucking awesome! Super nice, knowledgable and fun.

Heard about this place when visiting the area thanks to the BA community. Pretty tight quarters when inside. About 10 bar seats and some tables both inside and out. Hostess sat us pretty quickly which was nice. Bartenders were really attentive and willing to let us try any of the many draft choices.

Most of the draft choices were pretty local (Funky Buddha, Cigar City) with a fewer larger ones (Sixpoint, Stone) mixed in. Bottle list is crazy huge. My only gripe was with some of the prices on that list. I know we are dealing with some aged stuff in the book but most was out of our range for even thinking about purchasing.

Food was excellent. Both the guacamole dip and burgers were on point.

I'd definitely recommend this place if ever in the area and hope to be back if we visit in the future.

This place is the best beer bar in Miami. They had an extensive reserve list that includes many "whales" and aged beers. Their reserve list is a bit overpriced compared to regions where craft beer is more prevalent but in Miami, the prices reflect the limited availability. The food was incredible. I had the Johnny Utah with spicy coleslaw. The meal came out promptly and was delicious. The service was also great. Matt showed me around and was very helpful. His beer knowledge is very admirable and he does an incredible job ensuring that his staff is very knowledgeable as well.

KUSH not only has an amazing beer selection...the food is just as impressive. Although the dining area is small it seems to go with the quaint vibe that is a hip beer geek bar in Wynwood. I wouldn't change a thing.

KUSH is all about the beer. I happened to show up the night after their first anniversary party and they had an incredible tap list. The manager went out of the way to secure some great top shelf beers: Bourbon County, Prarie Bomb, Avery Tweak and more.

Prior to my arrival to Miami, I did a little bit of research on the beer scene. Craft beer has a limited presence in the area where my hotel was. On the last day of my trip, my wife and I took an Uber ride into midtown. We met a local beer geek at another bar and he suggested we go to another place. When we arrived, I immediately was hooked. If I were to fathom opening a bar, this is what it would be.

When we arrived a waitress promptly suggested that we take the seats at the bar. We arrived at just the right time as it was filling up fast.

The service was excellent. Richard was our bartender and he was very knowledgable about the beers they had available. I first enjoyed the Cigar City Vanilla Maduro on nitro. Richard then went off shift and the lady who served us our second beer, her name has escaped me. She was very knowledgeable as well and even helped a couple girls find just the right beers for themselves.

We got an order of guacamole which was very good and fresh.

All in all I wish my hometown had a place like this and I wish I were to be in town one more day. I'd go back for more. Cheers!

Great location and the vibe is perfect. We hit this place at noon on a Saturday and it was packed. Cool bar space with small amount of tables as well as outdoor seating. Great rotating taps, they had Fixie from Cycle and George from Mikkelsen. Enjoyed one of the best burgers in SoFlo featuring local beef cooked perfect.
Service was outstanding, great beer knowledge but not snobby or obtrusive. This is a must hit place in South Florida. Slightly pricey but totally worth it.

Cool new little spot in Wynwood. This is the craft beer bar you need to go to. Outstanding selection of bottles, great beers on tap, really good food, this place has it all. Ambiance is pretty laid back, and the bar is pretty small with some tables. The beer makes up for all the flaws, if you can find any.

Killer Happy Hour on Mondays.
