Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours an amber color with a one finger white head. The head fades relatively fast to leave only a light amount of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of caramel and roasted malt mixed with lighter floral and citrus notes.
Taste – The taste starts out of caramel malt mixed with a corn like taste. As the taste advances some hints of hop flavor come to the tongue. The hop is of a more herbal and citrus in nature and in the end with the caramel flavor leave a mainly sweet kind of herbal like taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The beer is on the thinner side with respects to body with a carbonation level that is on the slightly standard side. Both make for a rather refreshing taste and are appropriate for the style.
Overall – A tastier version of a light beer with more hop and malt characteristic for the “light” lager style. While nothing to pine over it is rather refreshing.

I love the regular Sam Adams but when they convert it to a light beer, it was a total swing and miss. The iconic char taste is gone and there is nothing but sour water left.

Well between another light beer and this one, as my go-to, I have to say I like the yeast flavors and light lager tones, the smell is hoppy and blissful, when you pop the top and the swirl of Beer fog, protrudes up, you get lost in the malty bliss of a light beer. Usually, I enjoy my full-bodied flavors. But when I need to watch the old Dun lap and am among ladies I tend to go for a light beer until they get a bit tipsy then quickly switch back. As for the look, Same ole sam Adams label with a grey light beer Farce, The taste is like water to me with a hint of hops and yeast. almost bready, the feel of the bottle is 4.5 but a stine is a 5 . overall, This is in the top 3 for light beers. for me.

Amber color with a medium light body. Around middle of the road carbonation.
The aroma is malt, not roasted but just malt. Some earthy grain as well
Taste is really similar to aroma with malt being forward but not cloying sweet
It's really one if the best light beers I've had by far, very far. Most are watered down versions of original and this was fairly flavorful
